Well the Filings are done,

Amfa has filed over 2400 objections to the AA list.

TWU has filed over 2000 objections to the AA list.

Over the next few weeks the numbers will fall some place between 16,200 and 20,600. It will be anyones guess at the final numbers.

Same token it will be anyones guess at what Amfa true card filing numbers will be.

The Saga continues!!!!!

I predict another extension request and then a craft or class designation of somewhere between 16,650 and 17,150.

And ballots in our hands in June!

And a NEW Union on AA property representing the mechanic and related long before any new Local 514 Officers take an oath.

Interesting enough, AMFA is attempting to un-dilute the profession, while the TWU attempts to add another 2000 to DILUTE the craft further.

TWU FEARS an ELECTION, and their filing makes that clear!

As usual, wrong again!!!! Numbers will be higher with no Vote!!! Majority will have spoken! They wish to stay with the TWU!!!!!!

Extension, I believe it's standard to extend by two weeks!

The latest word now is Art Luby protested to REMOVE a fairly large number of names that are NOT even on the AA eligibility list. It is one thing to protest ghost names, it is another to protest a complete ghost whose name does not even appear as a challengable person.

Is Art's mental health OK, or was this a "technical glitch" like AA had earlier when they submitted 97 duplicate names? Does Art's firm have an EAP Program?

You better tell Art to contact the NMB tomorrow and save his credibility. There are some major errors and contradictions in his submission.

Hopefully Art doesn't write contract language.

You are losing it, Arts record will stand up to anyone.

I think you better look at your Boy Seham before you go outside your small cult.

At the end we will see who inflated numbers! I think we're going to find out, Amfa is the one you should be worried about! Since You did not protest certain names and have encluded management on your list, I doubt what you are claiming, is any where close to the truth.

Have a Great TWU Day!!!!!!

American Airlines Update – April 22, 2004

AMFA submitted its objections and challenges to the American Airlines (AA) voter eligibility list today, as required by the National Mediation Board (NMB) after denying AMFA’s request for an additional two-week extension. Even though we were unjustly denied the time needed to complete the task, we believe we provided a very detailed and undisputable presentation.

Our total protest calls out for the removal of approximately 2400 ineligible voters, supported by over 22 lbs of documents, which included more than 30 AA employee declarations. The AA voter eligibility list contained the following ineligible voters: 269 Retirees, 140 Resigned, 72 Terminated, 118 Stores Clerks, 363 Fleet Service Clerks, 80 Management, 37 Employees working at other Airlines, and the list goes on and on. The most disturbing are the 16 deceased employees that we were able to identify. It has always been the Association’s position to remove all deceased employees. We find it unconscionable for a grieving spouse to receive a ballot for their deceased love one.

The TWU also submitted their objection to the overly inflated AA voter eligibility list of 18,698. They did not even recognize the 97 duplicates identified by the Company. Apparently they now wish to inflate the list even further by adding 2087 questionable individuals bringing the total very close to 21,000. Surprisingly, the TWU also seeks to remove 78 management workers, unsurprising and as expected, at first glance we have found that 10 of them are not even on the AA voter eligibility list. It causes one to wonder if they even looked at the AA eligibility list. Further examination should reveal even more inconsistencies, which will further support our case concerning probable fraud perpetuated upon the NMB in a desperate attempt to stop this election.

For all those that have helped in the search for the ineligible voters, Thank you, we could not have accomplished this enormous task without you. Now Round Two begins. We have two weeks to discredit the blatant attempt by the TWU to silence your voice.

Sincerely,

On behalf of the AA AMFA supporters

Terry Harvey

Assistant National Director

You know I thought Terry Harvey had a little more honesty than Delle or Wildermuth. It's apparent by the lies and intimidations he has portrayed in this letter that I was wrong!

Threatening the NMD with fraud does no one any good! And the apparent twisting is irresponsible of any organization. Amfa is playing to a large audeince but yet their apparent stupidity is playing with a small sector! Keep it up! You are our best organizer now!!!!!

Tell us CIo, specifically what part of the letter is a "LIE"?

And specifically what part is "Intimidation"?

Please educate us, not with innuendo but with the TRUTH as you see it?

Please provide documentation to back up this letter and than I will respond! It is strange you reference "inuendo" when in fact, the letter from harvey has no basis of fact!

One Question! Did AA not submit a revised list eliminating the dups?

Facts will come out at the end and we all will see the lies and half-truths from you!

Just as I figured, you claim there are "lies" and "intimidations" portrayed in the letter, yet you cannot back up this claim.

You are nothing more than proven liar, along with Jim Little.

Want to know why nobody shows up for your debates?
Because nobody has the time to listen to liars! They are working second jobs to feed the family because of the TWU.

Why wait for the facts to come at the end? You claim there are lies and intimidations in the current letter? Did you go and stick your foot in your mouth again?

There you go again CIO. You are unable to follow the English language. He said "fraud upon", not "fraud by". And its the NMB, not NMD.

Thanks Bob, fingers do have a tendency to slip to the wrong key!

Dave you're looking stupid again!

Word has it Amfa is in bed with AA!

Ok, do you now understand what he meant by "fraud upon"?

With the TWU already there I doubt there is any room in that bed for AMFA.

Yeah, that must be why AMFA had to sue for the right for organizers to distribute.

That must be why the TWU flag flies on the company flag pole.

That must be why the anti-amfa video comes through the IntrAAnet Proxy.

That must be why we no longer can have hotdogs for lunch.

That must be why the company risked their credibility to inflate the list.

That must be why the TWU meets with Senior Management on a regular basis.

That must be why we never got a re-vote.

That must be why AA has the lowest average wage in the industry.

Get a grip CIO, everyone knows who is wetting the companies bed!

Stop trying to change the subject and tell us where Terry Harvey lied or intimidated in the letter?

Lets start with the 10 names not on eligibility list. the correct number is 6 and had to do with same names of other employees. Since The TWU did not have access to the company supervisor's they have no way to verify the accuracy. Like Amfa has!! I seem to remember not to long ago a supervisor was terminated for suppling access to you of confidential information!
