$342 is at 100% coverage for employee and spouse. It is more expensive but it now has unlimited in patient days.

There is a comparison chart for 06 vs 07 on benefits. I'm surprised that PT gets insurance at all most of my previous jobs, none in the airline biz, offered zip for PT.
