Well "FLY" - I would suggest you not tell me to shut my trap first off - next in line - I have moved up over 1500 people - in the last 2 years... I have my very first IBS and I also have my last one.. You must be in the stagnant haggard numbers that Straaight is in... Sucks to be you, but at least i have weekends and thanksgiving off... I can see that your inability to grasp simple mathematical concepts extends beyond your inability to comprehend that a 3 percent across-the-board increase only equals 3 percent. The "trip droppers" you can't wait to push out the door are the people who built your company, and enabled the company to grow so people like you could be hired.
