Been trying to determine this. Very speculative, but believe UAIRQ may have a nice run up, AWA is up now somewhat, but would think it would have a decline on the official news when announced.

I read that the UAIRQ stock will be worthless and that new stock will be issued to AWA shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders.

I will speculate that they will use 037 since it is 'lower'.

Be careful about running out and buying up USairQ stock. It could be worthless. It's happened twice before. Unless you've got money to throw away...stay away from anything that has the US brand on it.

Exactly. Even if this UCT is termed a "merger," in reality it might be that U contributes certain assets to a new company which is owned by HP, leaving the current U shareholders out in the cold. There's no way the current U stock will ever become valuable again. No way in hell.
