I just started getting things at my house for a coworker who used to live here about 4 years ago. He got furloughed and I dont even know where he is or if he's still with the company. I cant figure out why they are sending it here since he bought a house and had been living there before he was furloughed and had to have given the company his new address. $$$$ out the door guys! And once again, I have a MAILBOX at work and get my CHECKS at work. Quit wasting postage on stuff that can/should be given out at work. Every little bit helps the bottom line doesnt it? I thought we were an LCC now. 😛h34r:

Unless you own your own company, you are an employee of some organization. Proving that someone is a US employee is very difficult on an anonymous internet message board, unless the person specifically identifes themselves as such. Even then, it would be hard to identify someone outside of having a court subpoena to reveal their true identity. As far as I know, USAviation certainly would not want to compromise the integrity of the message board by providing the true identity of a member, outside of a court subpoena that is. And to get a court subpoena issued, US Airways would have to prove someone divulged insider knowledge that could not come from speculation. In this mixed up aviation environment, speculation runs rampant and is easy to develop.

The lesson here kids is don't confirm that you are an employee of US Airways, and try not to add information that could be misconstrued as being accurate. You may find yourself out of a job, and a defendant in a lawsuit. As long as you specify that your information is speculative, then you should be okay. Oh, and make sure you run everything past your family attorney before posting to make sure it won't get you in trouble.
