The holidays are approaching. Airline employees are much like you, human. Just think how you would like to be treated during the holidays as an employee. Think how you want to be treated by the employees who are flying you this holiday season. There is no voting on this issue, you must check out the dot on time stats in two months to see who won.

Just trying to improve the experience of the airline traveler in the future.

Excuses, are like feet everyone has them and most of them smell.

Set the bar low and pray for the best. Kinda smart, the passengers have been pre-conditioned to expect very little on US Airways, under-promise and over-deliver!!! That alone is worthy of a 3-year contract extension. :lol:
