Granted all this merger talk is generating a lot of traffic. But does anyone know where the best Cheeseburger is available in Crystal City? I don't give a da--nd about the merger or USAirways anymore since I lost my pension and my lifetime investment in aviation, I need a meal. Sorry, I just don't care. 🙁

Interesting thought....AWA was one of the pioneers with this Inflight Cafe program. Although they do serve "Hot" cheeseburgers inside their meals! Gee, there's a concept, heat up a sandwhich or a burger to make it more appetizing! Hmm, then we would have to install ovens on all of our long haul flights....oh, wait a minute we do have ovens on all of the Airbus A/C! Hmmmm?

To bring the subject back around to actually answering the question (a concept somehow frequently lost on these boards)... there is a Hamburger Hamlet in Crystal City, just up the street from the Palace on Crystal Drive. Also, Freddie's on S. 23rd (on "restaurant row") does a decent burger.

You can still afford a burger in Crystal City? You must not be doin' too bad. Seriously, whatever that is that Paris Hilton is selling in that TV ad looks pretty good. That burger she's holding doesn't look bad either!
