What's new

USAPA Parked

The  Negotiating Advisory Committee (NAC) ended the session this week with no future NMB-mediated sessions scheduled.  Although not unexpected, mediator Terri Brown advised both sides on  Thursday afternoon that at this point she had not scheduled any future sessions.  When asked how long this "break" would last she said that she didn't  know. Ms. Brown then reminded both sides that they were free to continue to  negotiate without the assistance of the NMB. We then requested  additional meeting dates with the Company; however, they were unable to provide a response  to our request at this time.
Stay tuned for a more complete update.

How ironic it is that the AFA JNC obtains a industry standard or leading contract and USAPA's NAC has its new contract talks placed on "ice" by the NMB. Furthermore, during the last pilot NMB talks the company had its top negotiators working late into the night to close out the flight attendant deal.

HA!!!!! Great job IDIOTS! Every East pilot that stood by silently and let the inmates run the asylum absolutly deserves yet another COSTLY DELAY. 90 days to a doh contract was it?.....5 years ago? Ha!

I think you forgot to include the link to the news article you copied that from. 😛

They accepted the seniority integration instead of fighting it.

It's been straight DOH all along, unless you mean the ones that read the contract before going to new hire training. 😉

Do we have video of these scabs saying that if they can't force DOH, then they will force permanent seperate ops?

I know one of them said it in an ALPA meeting, my question is did any of them say it as part of the campaign? Like in the PHX videos. Or maybe even in court? Their entire premise was they were not commiting a DFR because a joint contract was not reachable. Did they ever admit it was not obtainable because they would not allow it?

If so, I say the West waits for Silver to rule, then files suit, and I am not talking DFR. Damages somewhere in the 3.6 billion range, after all, RICO damages are treble.

Oh, and east pilots can join the suit if they are so inclined.

Well the company denied additional meeting requests! Sounds like you should call DUI DOUG and tell him to get with it! DEMAND your NIC, or get that Christmas Tie with the CACTUS FINGER, and wear it to display to TEAM TEMPE! MM!

Soon MM. He's waiting for Silver to rule. Then...

What happened to your boy Cleary? He had you enjoined, parked, and then left you hanging. WTF?
