She would not come back at a lower seniority. She doesn't lose what she earned. She only loses seniority if she took the VFLRI or VFLRII.

That would be wrong. The letter states that if she does not come back in Dec., there is no extension. She would have to be recalled by the company. Which I don't see happening.

No, that would not be wrong...unless something has changed.
Those on a VF2-VF8 were given 4 options.

- come back Dec 2
- extend indefinately (until recalled)
- take the VISP
- resign.

If someone has credible facts to prove this wrong (i.e someone from AFA or who knows) please correct me.
