they never work. if they work, you can never hear the audio. i'd say just get 3 hours of cranium and play that (assuming the screens come down). the IFE is obviously not a concern at Tempe.
I mean, after all, God forbid, US have a happy, satisfied customer who might actually want to come back and spend his/her travel dollar and receive some value for it.
I mean, the best business strategy I've seen in a long time is to just provide a pi$$ poor product and run the bread and butter business people off...that'll work for sure.
So yeah, it would be completely stupid to make sure something that adds value to the customer experience would work.
