Maybe, maybe not. Dont business' go to China and India for the workforce? Didnt AAR go to Indianapolis for the workforce?

AAR went to IND because the facility was updated. Yet they didn't go to OAK or MCI, and there were just as many skilled workers available.
Companies go to China and India because regulations aren't as stifling. That lower cost overhead allows them to be able to afford training people ab inito to do the jobs.
Try opening up a MRO here in the states. By the time you get thru all the OSHA, EPA, and FAA regs, you've hired an army of lawyers before you hire the first AMT.
