In CLT last Saturday. Listening to an announcement that must have been written by the E-bonics 101 professor. Customer sitting next to me asked "Did you understand that?" I just smiled and said....NO. Was embarrassing. I still have no clue what was trying to be communicated. Luckily another agent took over the announcement duties.IM READY>>>>>>>>

If you are still paying your monthly healthcare dues, why should the company care? It is not costing them anything, plus you are not on the payroll either!? :unsure: I could be wrong with the logistical costs? I know the Westies are sure wanting VLOA's asap! Why not offer a fair buyout package with health care till the end of the year?An inflight sup in PHL today told me that they will offer VF in 2 sections of 4 months. SEP.-DEC and JAN-APR. He didn't know about insurance coverage during that time or anything else. Details are supposedly being worked out and since East and West have different contracts, the process is slow......as usual the union is saying nada. Someone said the first VF will go very senior cuz it covers the holiday season. I've flown with people that are chomping at the bit to take it but they need insurance coverage while they are off which we know the company hates to give because of the high expense.
