What's new

Well, guess what?....... I'm back!

Well at least he has a sense of humor! .......... All kidding aside, I'm a Chevy fan myself. In fact I own a 68 Camaro.
They have changed the Corvette so much as to not even be a Corvette anymore. It looks more like a Ferrari than a Corvette. All the design elements that made a Corvette a Corvette are gone.

Back in the 80's my father owned about 5 Corvettes. No joke. He would buy damaged ones up for cheap, fix them (he was a paint and body man with mechanical skills) and sell them for bank, after a reasonable play period of course.

And looking like a Ferrari is bad? It’s about time a Corvette got a makeover.

It’s called evolution. They are bad ass cars.

Looking like a Ferrari is not bad. In fact Ferrari is my favorite super car (based on aesthetics). I am also all for evolution. However a Corvette has a certain "character" defined by design elements. Once you eliminate those design elements it ceases to be a Corvette in my opinion.

I mean, would you want a Harley-Davidson that sounded like a Kawasaki?

When I see this

RED CORVETTE.webp

I don't think Corvette.
