I had Ryan Di Giovanni a local celebrity on a PBI flight once...He worked for the Florida Marlins as a Bat Boy, one of the very well known local celebs in South Florida.

Ron Jeremy on a LAS-CLT flight in 2006.

I had to do a double take when I was flying PHX-JFK a couple months ago and sat down in F next to Judge Judy. You would think that she is really mean or intimidating....but I absolutely loved her. We spoke nearly the entire flight....great woman....gave me her card and everything.

Some famous ball player from PHL. I didn't know him thought but everyone else was making a big deal out of it.

Richard Simmons is a hoot!!! Ran down the jet way in his llittle shorts grabbing the PA and saying all kind of outlandish stuff.

I see Richard Simmons every so often.....His dance studio ("Slimmons") is a few doors down from the animal shelter where I volunteer. (See my signature line!)

Darryl "Chocolate Thunder" Dawkins- Former PHL 76'er. One of the funniest and nicest guys I ever met, celebrity or not.

I spent alot of my dad's Air Force career at McGuire AFB in South Jersey. I went to alot of the sixer games(when they had all of those great players). I met Dawkins a few times for autographs. Then I had him on my flight a couple of years ago. I asked the girls on my crew if they knew who he was, they didn't. I walked over to him and said " Chocolate Thunder, how you doin, my man" He was the Best. The girls were freaked out that I called this 6'11" homeboy "chocolate thunder". I asked him if he had been back to "Planet LoveTron" lately. He was coaching down in PBI and his duaghter was at Temple. I had Larry Bird on a flight alos. I asked him if he needed to lay down in the aisle for his back. I told him it wasn't quite Parkay floor of Boston Garden, but it would work. He laughed. Had Evil Kneivil also, great guy. John Glenn and his wife Annie, we talked about the Mercury Seven and his space flight. What a priveledge that was. Bo Jackson, looks like he could still play. Thick as a building and super nice. Had Prince Andrew from England, I wanted to ask him if Fergie was a true redhead. In DCA, we used to get tons of famous folks.

:down: Before Sandcastel ruined this Airline we used to get really Famous people Like the Joe Namaths or Martha Stewarts, now we just get the Gary Colemans, uuuuggghhh!

Former Pres. George H. W. Bush, his assistant, and Secret Service entourage. The airplane did not stop from pushback (ORD) to block in (PHX). Had a chance to speak briefly with him, mostly about our mutual Naval aviator days, got an autograph on the flight paperwork, and of course, a nice Presidential tie clip. He asked me to apologise to everyone else on board since they had to remain seated until he was completely off the airplane and in his limo down on the ramp. Seemed like a real nice guy.
