What the Federal Government Should have done

[P]is give the employees who have lost their jobs tax breaks. We should have been allowed to take our 401k without penalties and be given some kind of tax break this year. Is it too late to ask our congressmen to do this for us?? I know things are tough out here and more to come join us?? [/P]
