don't know all of the details but the IAM was granted an extension to file their replies to the NMB until March... don't know the exact dates involved and which votes it covers but it did involve several.
Also not sure where the AFA is in the whole process but I don't think they were granted (or asked for) the same extensions - but I'm not 100% sure.
Also, there were several members of Congress that asked for an investigation of the NMB for their changes to the voting procedures which some say the NMB did not have a basis for changing the rules other than being requested to by the unions... I"m not interesetd in discussing that point again but simply point it out because it is one more thing that adds to the complexity of resolving the DL representation process.

With all of the representation elections, DL quit withholding dues from PMNW employees and submitting them to the unions as of the day the votes were first announced by the unions - so the unions will have to fund the the appeals process using their national funds.
