Has there been any talk as to when the NMB will rule on the election interference charges for pax service and fleet service?

Thank you

don't know all of the details but the IAM was granted an extension to file their replies to the NMB until March... don't know the exact dates involved and which votes it covers but it did involve several.

Also not sure where the AFA is in the whole process but I don't think they were granted (or asked for) the same extensions - but I'm not 100% sure.

Also, there were several members of Congress that asked for an investigation of the NMB for their changes to the voting procedures which some say the NMB did not have a basis for changing the rules other than being requested to by the unions... I"m not interesetd in discussing that point again but simply point it out because it is one more thing that adds to the complexity of resolving the DL representation process.

Kev can tell you all of the details if he responds.....

With all of the representation elections, DL quit withholding dues from PMNW employees and submitting them to the unions as of the day the votes were first announced by the unions - so the unions will have to fund the the appeals process using their national funds.

Under the old rules, there would be no basis to change the outcome, so I can't imagine that would be delaying the appeal process any of the big elections. Not quite as certain about dispatch. That one looked to be far enough over the mark that it too would have held up in the other direction.
