WHAT????? It sometimes doesn't even recognize Philadelphia as a city served by US. The website is a mess. The US1 desk told me today that they are receiving tons of calls about the disaster of a website.
I couldn't even check the schedule for an upcoming trip. I had to call the US1 desk. Not that I mind calling them, but I don't like to bother them with something I should be able to easily look up.
I was talking aesthetic wise; nice layout, info, ect -- did not mess with fare searches, etc. That's a database issue. Anytime a new Web site is launched or redesigned there are going to be issues.
