Which one do you like the award-winning website or new US Airways?

WHAT????? It sometimes doesn't even recognize Philadelphia as a city served by US. The website is a mess. The US1 desk told me today that they are receiving tons of calls about the disaster of a website.

I couldn't even check the schedule for an upcoming trip. I had to call the US1 desk. Not that I mind calling them, but I don't like to bother them with something I should be able to easily look up.

I was talking aesthetic wise; nice layout, info, ect -- did not mess with fare searches, etc. That's a database issue. Anytime a new Web site is launched or redesigned there are going to be issues.

Some of us Frequent Flyers are beginning to think "WTF" should be the designation for the SandCastle, similar to "CCY" was to Crystal City. The KoolAid must taste just as sweet.
