WASHINGTON (AP) - A new survey shows Chicago-based United Airlines has the second-highest rate of consumer complaints out of 17 airlines surveyed in the 2008 Airline Quality Rating.

United is second only to U.S. Airways in the study issued by the Aviation Institute at the University of Nebraska in Omaha and Wichita State University.

US Airways is consistant after all. At least we know what US can all count on, being on the bottom consistantly. No peaks and Valleys, just right there #1, Numero Uno, the worst. Sorry United this is a trend that Tempe WILL NOT relinquish. Even the Ma and Pa Kettles are learning how to use them complain forms. That's scary in its own place.
