And you are the union, not five AGCs, what have you done to support the NC?

You have played right into the company's hands, you blame the union, meanwhile the IAM has put the onus on the company, with each update to the membership and you completely ignore it.
 
You do realize AA just got out of chapter 11 and those AA workers hadnt had a new CBA since 2003?
 
Different airline, different union, dont spite them or be jealous, they were behind the ball in many areas and still are.
Hey Arm chair, you have nothing in this, I do. Yes I know the rules, but who says you go by them. I guess you've had a lobotomy,we are still behind the ball. Stop sticking up for these AGC'S, they should start doing there job, like getting on the property and rallying for the strike vote instead of staying home. There is no spite and no jealousey. So jusr tell me what I should do for the NC . wax their cars, shine there shoes, they are to blame as much as the company, have they been forcefull? I work by the rules but I don't go out of my way to do more than that.

I do get it and I'm living it. No I haven't negotiate but I have been a G Committeeman and been in everything including termination hearings, so your not talking to a rookie, I was also involved with the Teamsters Union. Lack of leadership abounds on this property. Your problem is you can't see both sides of the tennis court. How can you be objective if you never see the bad that goes along with the good? 700, they can't all be God's now can they.
 
So tell the board how you will force AH to negotiate and give the IAM a fair CBA?

You do realize the RLA protects interstate commerce, not so much for unionized employees?

What matters is if our nc stays the course to a fair agreement. After june, when a release may be no where in site, my hope is that we will have some diversity in there and that we can bring back a fair agreement. After elections, if there is no diversity, im quite concerned that all the class 1 eboard members will sign a quick contract that is not fair and sells out class 2 stations. Love me or hate me but if i win i will be the only eboard member from a class 2 station. This current eboard just hosed all non hub stations at united...All non hub stations, and cb didnt have a problem endorsing it. Its impossible for him to understand because he is in a hub. Like us, he never felt the discrimination of making less wages than class one.
We simply have to have an eboard member who is part of class two stations and that is what my slate addressed.
 
CB nor anyone else on the US NC except Delaney were part of the UA CBA.
 
This is US not UA, get over it all ready, this is about getting US FS a fair CBA, not UA.

Just like all Nelsonians they follow the same arguments...
 
1)      Bankruptcy is the Unions fault...
2)      The company playing the RLA to the end in negotiations is the Unions fault...
3)      Political pressures against labor from the far right are the Unions fault...
4)      The Union Officers are all inept, and corrupt... (Unions fault)...
5)      Only Nelson can fix any of this!
 
Brothers and Sisters. At this point in time with the intensity of what's in front of you this week I personally believe that you should ignore the distracting posts of Tim/Josh. He is playing a game to divide you from what you need to focus on which is the full support of you negotiating committee.

Stay focused and on message for what is truly important for ALL of us. He can only cause harm to the task at hand if we let him by giving him an audience. Anyone who reads through the entirety of this thread will know that anything he throws out has been well covered and explained.

Ignore those who chose to divide you now.

you arent even a member and have told me on fb how you will actively campaign against the iampf. All your 'side by side' talk is just that....talk.
interesting that most of those posting against me and my views are folks who wont be working under whatever contract fleet gets. That is quite telling.
