Tim,

The Company is offering substantially less than what AA currently makes and as of September of this year there would be even more of a gap. Nothing else is being offered. September 2015 we would be as much as $2 behind AA or more depending on what the average of UA, DL and US is. When you factor in inflation from our last raise and moving forward the membership would be taking a pay cut. I have been briefing this in breakrooms. Unacceptable offer from DP.

Prez,
Nothing against you but the membership has a lot of questions and, imo, need to see the proposal.  They need more than breakroom speeches. Management has said that it offered you substantially more than what sAA has.  Not calling you a liar but you are just one member and you weren't even privy to the last NMB meeting.  You weren't in the negotiation room last time, Pat.  Only tommy and Sito, so none of you really know what was said in that meeting other than second hand reports.

I also feel that membership consent is very important at this time. It may not be the end all solution but at some point the negotiation team will have to enter the negotiation room with the full consent and confidence of the membership through a rejection and/or strike vote.  Other unions do this and it is common, so not sure why our union leadership can't exercise the same strategy.

P. Rez,
I agree with Ograc about not knowing what esle ?
You say bro that AH is only offering pay so, are you saying that you have came to terms with the other 5 issues and that pay is the only thing thats holding this up for the membership to see?
We got yours and the rest of the NC back but, after 2 + years we need to know some more.
Rook,

The Company is still passing 1/2 sick pay, no more vacation, no more holidays, no pension addition, no scope protections beyond what we have reported, etc. This Company is offering a POS.

P. Rez

Thank you P. Rez for such a quick response
Your absolutely correct it sounds like a POS offer
thanks

Tim,

I will only say that I am calling the Company out. If they say their offer is substantially better than AA, leak it to the members. Maybe they are talking about the offer that will be made next week, but their last offer was a POS.

P. Rez

Pretty dam sad they cant offer any better than the same ole bs    screw them    I don't really see them improving when you all go back next week    just my 2 cents    I hope the nmb does release both iam groups   enough is enough   F that on time performance

robbed,

As one agent asked during Parker's Road Trip through PHX, the lack of equipment, in particular push tugs, so I sense leads are just becoming more accepting of not making on-time performance.  I have noticed Leads without rigs (aka "bag tugs" in other stations) are leaving behind freight as manually pulling 4,000 pound carts to belt loaders are becoming less of a priority. Belt loaders and bag carts not being repaired, I am feeling that the extra effort of hustling for equipment to meet D0 and getting on-board all freight coupled with stalled contract talks, just saps the desire in doing our best.  Leads are using the valid excuse more often, and I don't blame them. Wait until the summer heat further deteriorates our abilities (and interests) in meeting Management expectations.

So, i would suggest that any above wing employees pay attn to our negotiations. If we are still stuck on the above things then you also have a battle on your hands. You may possibly lose a couple weeks of that SnapBack vacation..........amongst other things. We need your union support and soon you will need ours.

My guess is that Parker is referring to the total package. Because of our scope it may very well be, but the Hubs want $$. That is the Rub. So not sure who is talking apples and who is talking oranges.

I like the way you preface and then answer your own questions !....  I don't care if you are josh or not . I care about the so-matter-of-fact of your approach.

  Ain't buying it ....

That is the inherent dilemma with narcissism and megalomania. Those that possess both, have no ability to perceive the intelligence of others. In their minds... everyone else is intellectually inferior, thus they are sure everyone is destined to fall for all of the deceptive practices the megal-narcissist attempts perpetuate.

Of course in reality, the megal-narcissist is easily exposed for what he or she actually is. History is full of these people, and that’s where the old adage... “You can fool some of the people some of the time... but, you can’t fool ALL of the people ALL of the time”... came from!

He has made a complete mockery of himself, certainly no way to win an election is it?

I just hung up from talking to one of my former co workers & he said they are adding all these int'l flights with no room in the bagroom to begin to work them & not near enough staff. He advised they are going to be working AA flts. on A con. Think he said that's called team 6 & all the new hires will be there with out a clue. He said it's going to be one screwed up mess. (Maybe Jimmy Neutron can chime in)

No contract no sacrifice .

Harry,

That’s how you can tell DP is at the helm... when there is an increase in flights; there is NO increase in anything else, except bonuses for Management!

DP’s motto is... when flights are ADDED, do the following...

No additional personnel...
No additional equipment...
No facility upgrades...
No plans for increased bag volumes...
No pre-planning on anything...
No concern if it even goes smoothly!

Sound familiar?
