Does anyone know how the our United members in CLT are doing in their stand alone negotiations with United management regarding serious reductions in wages and benefits?

At any rate, you need to give Freedom an apology.  Blasting Freedom for voting for the 2008 POS US AIRWAYS agreement for listening to the US AIRWAYS negotiators who you want to reinstall is hypocritical.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
My name is Rick Russo; I am a 27 year fleet service agent for USAirways in Charlotte, NC. I am also a 3 term Grievance Committeeman and the Vice President of Local Lodge 1725. I am writing in support of The Uni...fied For Change Team.
I have been involved in a Union for over 30 years, not only am I a member of the Machinist Union but I have been a member of the Teamsters Union and the United Steelworkers of America. When you’re a Unionist, you’re a member of the UNION regardless of which union you’re currently in.
I spent many months organizing with Tim Nelson and Gene Beatty, we worked very hard getting the Air Tran Employees and the United Airlines Customer Service Employees unionized. It has been a great disappointment to watch the current leadership of District 141 fall so short of the expectation we built for these members and fail to bring them the prosperous benefits we were sure they would be able to attain when they became a part of the IAM.
I have watched Tracy Russo evolve into a solid Unionist. She started as a shop steward when United PCE initially got the union on the property, then she became the committee person when the employees wanted stronger representation and currently is in her 5th term. She is also serving her 2nd term as the Local Lodge Recording Secretary because she saw the need on the larger local level. She doesn’t just help the members in her station, members across the system have reached out to her for assistance on numerous issues.
I am convinced that with the other team members from Unified For Change, these dedicated members can bring the ideal of unionism back to District 141 and make you all proud union members.

I think everyone should click the link above that Jet Job posted which shows the complete lack of integrity that Team Delaney has, even Baskett, for either having no stones, or for supporting the ridiculously juvenile actions that prove the complete lack of integrity of Team Delaney.  Russo has been one of the most active US AIRWAYS members over the past 30 years yet Baskett and his team toss him in a doghouse and claim his wife wears the pants. 
 
Kindly review their links and their site.  It is a great witness against their integrity.

I hope a lot of CLT sees how Baskett really is by supporting his team dogging Russo with personal attacks just because Russo didn't endorse Mark.  Shameful.
 
I'm proud that the U4C team isn't coming out with a #### juvenile page taking personal dirt shots that have nothing to do with representation.

I want to encourage you and Bluto to continue posting.  Your links for Baskett and his team are more than telling.  I told everyone, but now everyone can just see the lack of integrity and lack of progress for themselves.
 
CLT will also be informed that Mark's US AIRWAYS candidates were the same ones that served on the 2008 POS agreement, other than Rezler.

BTW, the machine is the members and you felt it in February and you will also face a brutal reality in june.  Youropen ended contract at United will deliver "Great Pain" to you when you have to finally work under it.

My name is Michelle Wergin, I have been with United for 26yrs and I am currently working in CMH. As you may or may not know CMH is a station that is up for bid for outsourcing.

I believe that we were mislead into thinking that we needed to vote yes for the contract or the company would start closing additional stations. We were told this was the "the best the company was willing to give us". I no...w believe the company was already in talks with venders to take over our jobs. I have never had any confidence in the current union leadership.

I don't want any other station to have to go through what CMH, the 14 other stations , the six from last year, and Canada has gone through. The day we were told our station was one being considered for outsourcing was the worst day of my carrier with United. It was a slap in the face, it made me feel like I was a bag of old garbage that was being thrown out to the curb and for no reason! I feel that the company is turning their backs on those of us that have made United a career and I feel that the union is supporting the company actions!

I am supporting "Unified for Change" 100%. We need different union leadership if we are going to fight and win what the company is doing to it's front line employees and ramp employees. I urge you to get out and talk to your fellow coworkers and let them know what "Unified for Change" is about and what they can do for us.

PLEASE make sure you get out and vote!!! This is do or die for a lot of stations.

The machine is coming for Team Delaney to toss them out.  Losers who brought have nothing to show for 6 years of ineptness with the following experience:
1. Getting our members at US AIRWAYS the 2008 US AIRWAYS agreement [Somehow the terrible NC of 2008 has managed to force itself on the ticket of the revamped New Direction ticket]
2. Destroying the Hawaiian airline contract
3. Destroying the United Airline contract.
 
June will be the time when the verdict is read from all of their 'misdeeds' and they will suffer "Great Pain" under the very agreements they negotiated.   These guys were given a chance 6 years ago but they F it all up and exploited the membership for their ongoing Vegas partying.
