All is controlled by LP..... if the company wants to meet, they call her and she schedules with the second party to the talks or she calls both when she deems it's necessary. Period.

Fine but why should I occupy the NMBs time calling? I emailed them back in November about the alliance vote and as you may recall it took a long time to finally hear back.

as for rockit,  how do you know those leaks to be true or not?   I do believe theres a silence mode on what can and what cannot be released   there is no official way of knowing the facts til a TA comes out.

It's Tims version I'm looking for.....He has all this so-called information and accusations about whats going on that he said he was going to put one out one june1 after his update from " The Mole". I know there isn't a TA to look at till one is signed by our NC..... wasn't looking for that one. Remember, there was a lot of speculation from the TN camp before the last meeting. It was so matter of fact !

The question remains, if 141rising candidates were voted against at their own local by those who knew them best, then why sould anyone else vote for the? The members want to know.

Also, mike, the question remains, if none of your boys have made a difference in 6 years with any material gains, then what hope do we have that they will learn from the error of their ways? Our members want to know.

tim  this is the chance here that with our current nc they been holding steady ... at least that is how I see it..  Its the NMB that is delaying the talks further.  although there is an IAM memo that I received in email that states  the company is making significant movement to get an agreement..   sect 6 talks typically take 2 to 4 yrs...    and theyre expecting to here this week for future talks

Specifically, what skills and experience does he posses that qualify him for the position of AGC and ensure that he'll perform that job and its responsibilities superior to who he'll replace?

yeah i got the same email. He is becoming the biggest bullshitter i know. If he spent more time doing what he was suppose to be doing instead of campaigning with an email list that he has by virtue of his position, he wouldnt have to violate labor law. Worst part is that he hasnt a clue about laws or anything else that resembles negotiations or membership rights.

That said, he lies out his ass as a candidate and refuses to tell you that he is ok with you not receiving amr wage of $23.30 other than installments or catch up. And ask him about scope concessions?

i think av has what it takes and most in phx that i talk to seem to agree. I myself would be uncomfortable working with prez since i believe he is simply too comfortable with management and doesnt understand the core of labor.
