Allow me to intoduce myself, I am Joe IAM. I am an incumbent AGC in the upcoming district election on June 12th. I am asking you to vote for me. The reasons why? I don't want to lose my hundred thousand plus salary per year, my good medical and possible future district pension. I am sorry that you have not had a raise in the past three years or any hope of getting more scope in your contract, but I am doing the best I can do.You know how hard it is to work from home? I am also busy with e-board surf and turf dinners, confrence's and conventions, that's why I don't have time to negotiate in the month of June. It's not my fault you grievence's are not answered on time or you don't get station visits.
I know you think there is no accountability and you are absolutely right and besides I don't think I could ever put on another set of knee pads or handle luggage. PLEASE I need your vote, my wife would never forgive me if her lifestyle had to go back to what ramp wages could afford and I also have two kids in college that need new cars. I didn't want to mention it, but when I do visit stations, I have women their I also have to show a good time.
 
Remember, I have worke hard for you since 2008 and I promise I will be there for you

My name is Roger Hallum and I have been in Fleet Service for 37 years. I have been based in LAX, PIT and now CLT for the last 10 years. I was a Teamster member for 10 years and currently a IAM member.

I... am supporting the Unified For Change team for two main reasons;

1) The terrible contract that was brought back to the United employees
2) Lack of contract after being in negotiations for the last three years

I do not understand why it is taking so long to ascertain a contract after US Airways has been making record profits for the past 3-4 years. Now that we are American airlines and continue to make record profits, how is it that every work group at both airlines has received raises except for Fleet Service and the Mechanics at US Airways.

Why is it when times are so good we have to fight to get back what we had 13 years ago? What are we to expect if the economy should take a turn again for the worse? What are we to expect then?

It's time for a change!!! I will vote for the Unified For Change team.

Anyone have a clue as to why there are no negotiations scheduled? If we were so close to achieving a CBA what is Delaney and the US five doing and where is the NC, why are they not speaking up? Iguess getting your members a better benefit package is on the back burner no I say vote these three goats out and at the next election we'll get the other two. aiat is time for them to feel our pain.

The negotiations team, through delaney, informed the nmb that the iam has more inmortant matters going on this week including the beach party this week in fll. And in ridiculous fashion, they also said the following week doesnt work due to tommys vacation. 700 should stop lying. Yes, personal vacation takes precedence over 6,000 who havent got a pay raise in years.
Vote these bums out! They dont know what on earth they are doing.

I'm not slamming anyone and yes I know how it works. LP ask the parties to meet, she doesn't demand. I personally think the upcoming Chairmans conference is deemed more important and also there is politicol jockeying going on. Delaney knows the membership is going to be pissed about not going straight to AA wages and he is not willing to sacrifice his "YES MEN" so close to the June 12th elections. But I think the membership has had enough and there going to lose anyway.

No need to call. I'm not impacted by the negotiations and its not as if they would give me any substantive information.  You made the charge that Tim is lying, so refute what he posted.

Why are you avoiding putting out Your Term sheet?  What would be the difference if you just put out the 1 that you have been talking down to for 3 months and then the update on june 1 so we can see and compare...It would benefit you wouldn't it?..  Still Waiting..!
