Wasn't Tim invited to be a part of at least one negotiating session and refused? If he is so concerned with these negotiations and the direction they're supposedly taking you would figure he would have jumped on that opportunity?mike33 said:Robbed....havent you figured out yet that whatever the NC says gets played by tim, good or bad... Lets wait for the TA.
You will notice that i never ask whats in Negotiations because i know that it can be used and twisted in a negative way. We entrusted them so lets entrust the time it takes to come to a fair agreement. Kind of like having their backs !

Kindly stop spreading lies. Go back and read the threads. Charlie Brown said I could have his spot in a political fluff post. Delaney never invited me into negotiations and most likely won't in the future, regardless of how elections turn out this time, since I'm not a management leaning delaneyite. If Delaney assigned me to negotiations, I would be honored and the membership would finally have someone in there with the skill set and understanding not to sign his name to dopey contracts as Ole AH or Ole JG won't be able to twist my arm like they do Prez and Charlie Brown. You will all see the TA prior to July, most likely at least their highlight sheet by mid June. The only reason why they didn't bring out the terrible contract now is that they would lose any remaining votes that they could have possibly received.WeAAsles said:Wasn't Tim invited to be a part of at least one negotiating session and refused? Can anyone tell me why any candidate would not want to learn something that he could potentially be a part of in the future? Unless it's not actually about seeking knowledge and TRUTH?

Oh Look Tim's boi has chimed in once again with something that is irrelevant.737823 said:

Actually Tim you are correct and I do recall that but here's the thing. When you were offered that spot, political fluff piece or not you refused. One would think that a smart tactician would have sensed the bluff and called his opponent on it with a grand and bold statement of I ACCEPT THE OFFER. That would have been an excellent opportunity for you to sell that you are genuinely for the members if CB had back peddled from his offer. So one has to be suspicious as to why you refused? What is the motivation behind your refusal to finally represent the members you have wanted for so long? Remember I hold no cards and am just an observer here. Why did you really refuse the offer?
As for your other comment it sounds as if you are saying that a TA is finished and ready to be sent and voted on for membership ratification or dismissal? Nothing personal to your AGC electoral process but I highly doubt that the Company or NMB are going to wait for the outcomes if a deal has already been concluded. Logic doesn't support the comment made. No, more than likely it's exactly as has been stated. A deal is close but not quite there yet. Unfortunately that deal also just doesn't quite fit into the time frame for your campaign though. And your campaign is obviously very important to you so you do whatever it is you feel you have to do to win it. Am I correct in my last comment sir?
The reality of the situation is that the UnifiedforChange team is most likely going to win and the current folks need to start placing their uniform orders or get them on discount on ebay. I feel good about PHX, and we may win CLT as well but it could be split, PHL may go to 141falling. The United side of things will be strong for unifiedforchange candidates. Most members realize that the divisions created by the incumbents and the constant talking down to members has to be changed out for unity and the continual building that the unifiedforchange team has already accomplished. I myself have ever reached out to "key" twu folks in MIA, ORD, and DFW, and we've agreed that we will continue building things in our new relationship with the association.
And as someone who holds one of those "keys" here in MIA I can honestly say that your name has not been mentioned here, sorry.
The way i see it is if the NMB has called for another meeting then why would you bring out a TA to see, if there are going to be more talks ? I don't think it has anything to do with who is going to win anything. LP has called a meeting to Negotiate.Tim Nelson said:Kindly stop spreading lies. Go back and read the threads. I have observed that. Unfortunately he does seem to have tried to pick running mates that are popular among their co-workers. I don't hire a lawyer because he says nice things to me or is my buddy. I hire a lawyer because I've researched his experience and his record of results.700UW said:We,
He wont answer you, the people are still waiting to post why his at least on of his US candidates for AGC has no experience in grievances would be qualified.
The person running has never been a shop steward nor on a grievance committee, I know I would never let someone represent me and be his guinea pig with ZERO experience.
He was asked to list their experience and skill set and has blatantly refused now for days.
Best post in a long time on this board.WeAAsles said:I have observed that. Unfortunately he does seem to have tried to pick running mates that are popular among their co-workers. If my job is on the line I may want to go out and have a few beers with my buddy but I absolutely DO NOT want him to be in there trying to represent me and get my job back.
When I vote I vote for experience. Not for the guy who brings the keg to the party.
Since Tim seems to represent his entire team at least here on this forum what the members who are considering them should ask of Tim is a list of their qualifications and experience for consideration? It's actually very easy to do if they have those things. Here I'll start it out.mike33 said:The way i see it is if the NMB has called for another meeting then why would you bring out a TA to see, if there are going to be more talks ? Thats the kind of stuff you twist and turn to popularize yourself ! Can you imagine if you truly don't win after 400 pages of Me , I , Myself ? I can't wait for the elections either..
