Respectfully, I have mentioned in this forum several months ago about the repeated pattern of agents having to scan and throw bags from the bulked-out aft A320 bin, and this practice continues.  According to several former PHL and CLT guys now in PHX, such practice would not be allowed to happen in those East stations, but you allow it to happen, even after I brought it to your attention and we had a brief PM exchange on the matter.
 
I have had the "opportunity" recently to load cargo and bags solo in the forward bin of an A321 due to the lack of staff and Management demands to turn these planes on time.  Frankly, I have little faith in my local PHX to protect me if I refuse to work under such conditions.  I am not going to accuse you of being chummy with Management, but honestly, you appear soft on worker safety regardless of A.G. walking around with a clip board documenting equipment deficiencies.
 
Kindly don't offer me the opportunity to speak with you personally about the matter, because issues of safety should be paramount regardless if it be done in person or through a message board.

You hit the nail on the head. I agree that dirty politics will leave the losers supporters bitter towards the winners and how is that good for solidarity? I have been dealing with some of that from the last campaign. There is nothing wrong with disagreeing with your political foes on issues and telling members your platform but when you resort to dirty politics you are only hurting the membership. I wish at some point we could get past this and for all of us to figure out how to be on the same page against this management team. 
 
I think you are a solid member and have grown to appreciate your input.

The only thing hurting the membership is the lack of service from our district and AGC'S. As you stated you only have PHX and I find that absurd.

In regards to accusations against Tim Nelson and his alleged use of escorts, I believe Mr. Nelson may have a basis for a lawsuit against the person whose handle is 700UW and the forum administrators. This is a serious accusation and it is being used in a most  frivolous manner. It is appalling that the moderators have not put an end to this nonsense and their lack of action may indicate their complicity or that they condone this behavior.
Before I am accused of being a Tim Nelson "bromancer", please let me state that Mr. Nelson's behavior on this forum leads me to believe that he is a narcissistic horse's ass.

Very risky, and potentially costly for the plaintiff, suppose that through the legal proceeding... (Discovery, Depositions, and Testimonies) it is proven to be factual!

jester,   if that were me  personally  I would either delay the plane til I got help  and or I would not scan the bags and toss them out    we had had issues in my station for a long time til recently  and some OJIs did occur..

Good point... he never said a peep about proof, when Nelson accused you of participating in an embezzlement scheme!

Not that I agree with your entire statement or that your post is necessarily brilliant, but it does serve as perhaps the best post over the last several days on this forum.  I could be a horse's ass and even a complete and utter asshole but we have bobbleheads now and both Delaney and management seem pretty comfortable with that.

While I try not to take sides, I must agree that was a cheap shot by 700 in this case. Given your long relationship with the IAM, I'm certain that you are well aware of many others in position that have a "Shady" past and have done questionable things while in office. A few had skeletons in their closet prior to taking office, yet they still got in. An accusation such as this is something that I would expect in dirty politics, but I guess that we can no longer separate the two.

Why should I waste any of my time over your false and ongoing allegations?  If, on the other hand, you want to go back and forth with 737 over every little thing he post about you, whether true or not, that is your prerogative.  You two should just start your own thread.  As for me, I've learned a long time ago not to subject myself to the witness stand over accusers who are not mine.
