Been several days since BLUTO posted anything I wonder what he is upto.

Or the DL 141 negotiators should learn not to bring such a garbage agreement back.

Even if they do... the membership has the final say. If it does not meet or exceed expectations it's rejected and the negotiators are sent back to the table. If this has to happen repeatedly so be it. If the membership stands their ground eventually both parties will come to realize the members are not going to cave. It will be a test of the solidarity of our group.

It's been quiet on both sides.  All the talk is over and happened before the election starts.  The clock is running, so the U4C, and I'm sure Delaney's team is focused on the voting. 
 
3 more weeks of voting. U4C is ahead but there is a lot of voting left.

The first week was inclusive of many of the big UA cities (locals). Many US dominated cities (locals) remain. The one US local (PHL) in the first week did not vote U4C. 3 more weeks of voting. Members at US need to turn out, for their voices to be heard, in these elections. The election results should not be dictated soley on the UA memberships' choice of candidates.

You give ograc a +1, for what exactly? You are trying to ride a wave of UA people to get elected, because you know you couldn't do it with US alone.

we need phx and clt to vote. If they dont vote then that would be disappointing. Clt votes thursday and phx votes tuesday.

Who in your mind is "we" if you don't mind me asking? Trying to put that into perspective.

 When i filled out my survey, one of the things i put down as a matter of importance was " Retro " .  Not a bonus because that wasn't on there and if it was it wasn't going to equal the same as Retro Pay. 
 I look at it this way. If on 12/31/2011 i am at $20.57 and at date of voting ( ex. 8/1/2014 ) the company has offered $22.57, then thats  31 months wages that i am worth since 1/1/2012 ( amendable date ). 
 
$2 x 160hrs x 31 mo = $9,920.00
 
 I realize that there is a lot of other things to consider but why am i not worth the $2 hr more from amendable date? 1/1/2012.
 
The company was making money on the amendable date. Lets see what comes out in a TA and do some math. If there is Retro from date of merger then that would be Dec-Aug ( $2 x 160 x 9 = $1440.00 ) 
 
$ 9,920.00 -$1440 = $8,840.00 ....(Possibly a $2000.00 sign bonus ) it would be $6,840.00 difference !
 
 There better be $6,840.00 parity or improvement somewhere else in the TA or they can Kiss my "You Know What " 
 
BTW... I included the 2% from 1/1/12 to July 2012 that we didn't get on amendable date but got in July 2012.......!!

WE is 30 % or less . No matter who is in or out at UA ? As long as we are in D-141 WE are the red -headed step children . Focus should be on TA/ terms, black-hole grievances, and ASSOCIATION/SCS/JCN with our Brothers/Sisters at AAL. July can't come soon enough for many at US/LCC !!! Fish On !

Okay, let's say there's a improvement of 7k, but it also means 10-12 stations get cut. Then what? For the sake of discussion, it's assumed you want zero regression on Scope.
