Does anyone recall if there was any discussion whether the negotiating team was asking for Retro pay back to the end of the Contracts duration; December 31, 2011?

The last thing that I heard, was about some lame assed signing bonus that would be under 1k at the highest level. That hardly covers what we have lost in the form of a wage increase since 7/12. Hell, UA even got full retro and a signing bonus in their pathetic CBA.

Emphasis bolded.  The company provided that because the rest of the CBA was filled with concessions-they consider the CBA in aggregate, not by cherry picking items and articles, they care about the aggregate cost it imposes.

I heard $2000 signing bonus max for full-time only. After taxes that's not much. I'm voting NO based just on the rumors from sources on the Information Superhighway.
