IAM agrees to file a Single Carrier Application with the NMB within thirty (30) days from date of ratification of this agreement

The Company will be prepared to commence JCBA negotiations within thirty (30)days from date of ratification

Just for Timmie!

If there is no JCBA by 2016 only a 1 yr raise of 2.1%   ok so no raise if theres no deal after say 2017   we all know how the company drags their flippin paws

Actually you are partially correct...

We can't vote for, or against the tentative... but can, and DID vote in the Officers Elections!

Why aren't you carrying on about your beloved catering and door fees?  Maybe it will get contacted to LSG Skychefs and Gate Gourmet like AA has at their hubs!

Actually Roa I don't know too much about how RDU operated before I hired on? I hired on in 95 and all I know is that there were a few guys in LGA that came from there and I met others in DFW and MIA.

I'd like to see us fight to get Cabin Service back. The only reason the company got it was because of the BK and much like your Catering they were trying to get it forever. With Cabin service we did cleaning and stocking of supplies.

Here in MIA I'd like to see Eulen America chucked back on their keesters and our people back in those ratty asss old trucks.

Eulen America is one of the better contractors.  Certainly better than G2 or Prospect.

It is cheaper for US to use their own employees to stock the plane and deliver the food to the planes.

And US does use LSG and other companies to prepare the meals.

They dont have to pay a vendor for ice, soda, cups and etc.. to be put on the plane and they can purchase the items directly which they do and dont pay a third party for things they can buy and do cheaper and more efficient.

I still hope it gets vendored and the AA way prevails.
