For all who are reading this post...The above double quote that TN posted with Myself in it but no reply is to insinuate that it was meant for the NC...Thats why no reply. It is meant for Tim Nelson to show what he knows about the so called TA and the insinuation is that AH is using Tim not the NC....  See !!! thats how he quotes things...He saw an opportunity and tried to spin it...

Very true. Good language makes it easier to effectively represent grievances. The membership and even yourself pays no attention to improvements in any of these Articles. A candidate for AGC should be paying a little more attention to the Articles in the contract that have an equal impact on the working conditions of the members. I support the memberships' choice of candidates. Some are in it for the paycheck. Many IMO are doing the best they can under the current circumstances. Which is easier to produce... hollow promises or results? Let's wait and see what transpires in DFW this coming week. I have to believe though if a TA is reached, no matter what gains are achieved, we can expect your position to be negative. With the elections at the door; I fully understand that.

Look, you don't know what you are talking about, ok.  Either you are being stroked by your AGC and you believe it, or you don't have the slightest idea on earth about what these guys moved against that killed any idea of a release.

You and the incumbent's other Pollyanna's truly amaze me.  I've seen it at United where there are many who believe in fairy tales and I tell them it's only make believe, so they got fussy with me.  Only after they realize I have been the only one honest with them, do they apologize and realize that the ones who were bull shitting were the ones standing in line for the jobs.  I don't stand in lines, I crack skulls and bust balls [metaphorically of course] of any punk that thinks they are going to rape our peeps. Your negotiators are deluded just like the ones at United.  Full blown.  I will be awaiting your apology in time, and I'll also do my best job representing you in the future if elected.   Fact is, you haven't had good representation since PSA and you know it.
 
As far as AH using me?  I'm not sure how that is even logical unless AH wants to give us a lot more and a fair agreement.  I don't think ole AH likes me saying our peeps need more.  Finally, I was able to get Charlie brown out from AH's desk by admitting AH's last offer was a POS.  Cripes, before that, him and his boy Delaney were singing the tune of progress and just a little more and there will be an agreement.  Sadly, I exposed both of them.

Alas, at least you finally "Fess Up" and say the last offer was a POS.  That's not what you told the members in your email blast.  You and the other Delaney mouthpieces said the last two meetings were great and if there is just a wee bit more progress then there may be an announcement.  Get your story straight at least.  Which is it, a POS, or great progress that a bit more will be a big announcement? 
 
If it's a POS, then issue a rejection.  What's the fuss?  I think you guys have caused enough damage in your desperate political mode.  Really, what the hell have you guys done at all other than Bull shitted about a release that NOW is not coming due to YOUR movement downwards.  And you want folks to think you have their best interest? Are you really that naive, and your running for AGC. I know I've said you are your own worst enemy, but maybe you should hush while you can. Read the post Tim. I also said you were on the negotiating team. Does that mean you are? It was a scenario that I was trying to make a point on why you don't want to bring an agreement out even if it's a POS and we would suggest and get a rejection. Surely your just BSing with me, and you can understand my post! Correct?

Bullshitter Alert! Not on the US Side of the UFC ticket. Admit it Tim... you sacrificed experience for popularity within a station to get votes for the UFC ticket. You have sacrificed 2 US represented positions on the DL 141 E Board, in order to ride the anticipated wave of dissention on the UA side, for the upcoming election. Please submit the past shop steward or Grievance Committee experience your fellow US candidates running for AGC have. If they have none; who is being ridiculous? Like any politician; you continue to skirt this issue.

personally I'd rather see his allegations about what is allegedly in that TA addressed in some fashion. I mean I hope he's wrong but I have trouble believing he's pulling this stuff out of thin air.

You do realize they NC cant release details, from experience say US and the IAM agree on an article, say they are going to give you $25 an hour and then its released and everyone is happy then the company takes it off the table, who are you gonna be made at?
 
I can tell you from experience you will be made the union not the company.

I think everyone on here is fully aware, but for those that come on just to read. We are meeting in DFW next three days for negotiations. We don't start tomorrow until 1pm Dallas time. Then tues & wed are scheduled for full days. Everyone have a good one!
