Tim,

Go look at the last 5 posts of Wikileaks, he states numerous things including a release, potential strike, a PEB, etc. Have you not said all along that none of these would happen? However, you want to pick other things he/she says and say that they are gospel. The point I want to make is that you are rushing to judgement and you need to quit politicizing these posts made by unconfirmed sources and help your NC with the solidarity needed to bring back a solid agreement.

I will not state anything that is going on in negotiations until a ta is reached. Please respect that.

He will not do what you ask and he will not respect you or the process.

He doesn't care who he might harm as long as HE wins.

It's a me me me world for some people you have to understand.

Not only that our supposed U4C leader wants his membership to crawl under a rock if you don't agree with him.

Can't wait for that Sheet tomorrow........It will be a telltale indication of where his info is coming from.

The chance of you seeing that sheet is about as good as finding out if they really have an alien spacecraft at Area 51.

Play the lottery instead. You get better odds.

Busted!  Wiki leaks is correct as you know. Hey prez just do me one favor and do your best not to go back in and agree to that helping hand as well because you would be taking the bullets out of the gun of any future negotiator in joint talks. I know ole AH has your arm twisted but think about the joint contract.

As i said, when i get the info but ole wiki hasnt responded to me and all i know about last week talks is what wiki said, and thats worse than i thought.

At any rate, one thing you and your management flunkies will get in june is a brutal political beating starting on june 3. My prediction for the first week is a 750 comfortable lead heading into the second week.

What a walking load of crap.

PRez,

Rumor around the PHX campfire is that the AA FSAs are rather pissed by the lack of backbone the IAM provided in taking the AA work in PHX, not to mention the US FSAs complaining we accepted the work without any additional compensation (besides the copious amounts of overtime, as a result).  In comparison, PHL were asked to work AA metal, and their IAM leadership asked what was in it for them?  Now we have former AA guys in PHX working for US, and the graying of "helping hands" becomes more pronounced.  Not to say that I object to furloughed AA guys in PHX finding employment with US, if that's their desire, but it seems that these rules have become so pro-Management that A.H. objectives of cross utilizing agents become realizes with little objection from our Leadership and little in return.

So my question is where does it stop?  It seems as if the only true impenetrable line occurs when both US and AA have operations in the same station under a FSA contract, as to who will handle the metal.  Frankly and respectively, Tim's knock about you being too close to Management in comparison to other stations (especially the in East) stems from these type of arrangements where station practices are permitted in PHX, but rejected elsewhere.  This "go along to get along" philosophy must stop, especially as I am not seeing much in the way of Enlightened Management principles being apply within PHX operations as to justify a 'nice' approach to dealing with the mental midgets managing the show!

Very interesting Jester. The PHX guys here at DFW who were outsourced keep in touch with friends who work for US in PHX and they said the IAM leadership at PHX was begging for the AA work. Not sure if it's to keep the AA guys from coming back or maybe just delaying it a while, but they said most of the US guys don't like working the AA flights cause it's a pain in the ass.

jester  are there groups of them that are trained to work AA metal and vice versa?

Jester,

Actually, AA started this in JFK and TWU employees are working our metal there. PHX was the first US station to do this work. Both the TWU and IAM have language in the contract to do so, there wasn't any agreement. Also, I believe more stations are gearing up to do the same including PHL and CLT. If your out there Charlie Brown please chime in. The goal is to get all stations to do this with both AA and US.

I know that both the International of TWU and IAM have been in discussions on how to get furloughed employees from both US and AA to work kind of like what happened when we merged with US. I have several TWU guys that call me who were furloughed from PHX and I keep them informed as best I can on what I know. As a matter of fact, one called me earlier today. I am willing to get you in contact with any of them if you would like.

If you would like, I will get you contact information for the PHL and CLT AGC's so you can verify this information with them. All of the US AGC's talk constantly about the goings on around the system and discuss what actions need to take place if any.
