These terms again? Over at my airline, Delaney gave up cross fleeting and non core work. He eliminated bagroom from core work and other functions. We also have supervisors running our bags and there is no established line on what management can or can't do when they pitch in. Core work was defined by Delaney as loading and unloading aircraft, and that's it. Other than that, I can't understand why this Delaney team loves giving away health care to management when an airline is making millions.
