none of our agc's are going to represent you.  Do you know who does arbitrations?  AGCs do.   There are the same amount of agcs on both slates.  By my count you have nelson, calabrese, valdez on the one slate, and simmons, Fairbanks, and rezler on the other slate. Equal amount of slots. 

Are you REAL sure about OUR AGCs not gonna represent us???   If their UAL no and they would not need to REP US folks bec US folks have US reps and agcs....   as for the arbitration.. all i can say is for my own grievance  there is an arbitrator but that is as far as Im gonna take it...  as for grievance  the employee has to be the one who has to file it with a shop steward or higher

Delaney asked everyone to turn in cell phones to see who has been leaking info to me. Wiki was wise to that and notified me through other modes. That said, he notified me thru a third party that he regretfully has to stop giving me info cuz he apparently is paranoid about being busted. Of note, charlie brown was the apparent ring leader who lost his cool and backed delaney over the witch hunt.

Wiki is legit.

I'm not surprised. Wiki has been spot on in all of his post.  I wish you luck tim. I think you are going to get it and I hope you don't let us down. Not sure if your whole team will win clt but you and tracy will.

Wiki is not correct on information he/she is providing you. Like you, they are in the ballpark on some but not all issues but that will have to be proven when a ta comes out. Hell, with all the briefings we have given employees on negotiations status, I'm sure some of their guesses of what will be in a contract will be right. Somebody has been messing with you.

You don't understand.  That's your problem and that's why you are easily persuaded by management flunkies.  This isn't about anything else other than leverage.  The real problem is that the  flunkies are entertaining language that makes it easy to cross fleet and have eachother work different metals, unlike how the pilots, stews, and other strong unions protect metal.  This was a disaster at United and it appears it will be here as well since your boys are nothing more than altar boy bobbleheads for Delaney.  You, you just don't know any better so you hopped on the management train.  You just don't realize it now.  Listen to me now, believe me later.  Sorry

When we meet each negotiation session we carefully think through any and all proposals and consider how things may play out in jcba. My goal is to better our memberships livelihoods and to get a ratification on the first vote(90% goal for me) so we can move to the next phase of jcba.
