Several others have informed the boards today the NMB and Company are meeting with M&R.
 
Do you not understand the fact the same personnel from the company and the NMB facilitate and negotiate with ALL THREE IAM represented groups?
 
So where is your term sheet, it is nine days late?

And still waiting weeks for you to answer many questions you have avoided from me and others on here.

i gave up on the term sheet when it was announced it would come out june 1    How is it possible that MTR who is represented by the IAM is the only IAM rep group negot when the FSA are also rep by the same union group?    Me thinks all IAM Company Donkeys and the NMB are in the same room negotiating for TAs

There is one person Linda P from the NMB who is mediating talks, she cant be in three rooms at the same time.
 
Also the same company reps negotiate for the company for all three groups, they cant be in three places at the same time.
 
There are three separate CBAs being negotiated, Fleet Service, Mechanic and Related and Maintenance Training Specialists.
 
Each negotiating committee is separate from each other.
 
The GLR Tom Regan is assisting all three committees.

 I have a hard time relegating my vote to a person who tells me for 3-400 pages how bad my NC committee is doing and will prove it with a summary sheet.  Then doesn't deliver because he doesn't have confidence that it is right ! Geeeze I'm a pollyana ? There is something to be said for "The Pollyanna Principle " although i don't consider myself one. 
 It's kind of like when there is representational election. If successful, all employees have to join. Thats the way it is, no matter how you voted. We may disagree but to classify the very people you may represent is not the kind of leadership i follow.

It doesn't necessarily follow that just because someone may not be on the negotiations committee that a person won't have an impact on the negotiations in any way.  I haven't even needed titles to have an effect on the shape of negotiations at either IAM141 airline. That said, any AGC, including MM or NH who aren't in negotiations do in fact have a position that does impact negotiations, and so would anyone else voted in. I seriously doubt either of those two would stay silent or not be asked to endorse a TA.

Tim I think it's absolutely wonderful that you seem to be so singularly and solely focused on negotiations. Wouldn't it be marvelous if that was the only task that you needed to concern yourself with if you are elected to the position you seek?

Alas I believe it is not though. So once again I suppose I must reissue my query of you.
