Elimination of ready reserve...finally. what was Canale thinking?

I suggest we be patient. Wait for the details to be released. Wait for the station visits where questions can be answered. Until then we are speculating based on a vague highlight sheet. Let's exercise due diligance in reviewing the facts and details of the agreement. Get authorative answers and clarification to questions. Let's wait for it to come fully to the light. Until then let's refrain from a rush to judgement based soley on speculation and possible misinterpretation.

This is one of the reasons that I came on here months ago to contribute. The thing we have to get through our heads is that we are going to be ONE group in the future. Right now there are more of your guys doing our "former" work than vice versa. For now I'm more than fine with that.robbedagain said:

And fwiw its all downhill from highlight sheets, and this highlight sheet is worse than the united one which claimed "iron clad" scope.
I dont like the idea of new cross utilization language for starters.

Alright looking at the highlight sheet for Maintenance and of course assuming that Fleet will have the same language (Sept 2015 industry averaging) what will our all in rate be?
DAL (currently) $23.86
UAL $24.60
AA $23.48
Average $23.85
And that does not include the longevity of each airline that is also included.
