Here is a little dose of reality for the west pilots.
 
APA and USAPA will agree on a seniority list and it will not go to arbitration.  The good news is as a US Airways pilot you will be able to vote on the seniority agreement. The bad news is that Judge Silver ruled in favor of USAPA on all counts, her attempt to rewrite labor law via dicta is not enforcible. 
 
Southwest and Air Tran pilots agreed on a list in accordance with the McCaskill- Bond Act.
