You've my fullest and proper condolences for that august institution that's served all "spartans" so very well indeed. 😉  What's truly amazing here is that with the west's much smaller numbers, "you'se" can even fantasize some magical inability of the east to fund any required future efforts, if indeed any were needed.
 
"I've got some great t-shirt ideas." If they're of the kind that could easilly be sold to "spartans" (who'll seemingly buy most anything), then please submit them here or via PM.
 
Now then; care to take even the most futile swing at the previously posted query, selectively (though not surprisingly), entirely avoided by you? Should we let it remain at:  "Still tap dancing around, I see. "If you've time after such intense and demanding study; please then proceed to cite which supposed "order" or "ruling" your latest nonsensical notions are contained within.....? How about "you'se" attempt even the most feeble response to the above, instead of merely offering up more "spartan" umm..."shield" beating?" 🙂

Then the above does indeed, (however sadly) apply.  "Make that now two "only capable of sticking her tongue out, squeeling and chidlishly attempting to irritate."  No matter really, as the behavior's well established and hardly serves to surprise. Get back to us if "you'se" ever develop any cognitive ability.

Pretty much. They're apparently down to two "spartan" defenders of the cult's faith. One only capable of sticking her tongue out, squeeling and chidlishly attempting to irritate. The other clearly unable to produce anything in the way of logical argument or coherent thought. There's nothing new with such behavior here, save for the greatly reduced numbers now offering such.

There's the big difference.  You are counting on the company to defend you and your positions.  How stupid is that?  They couldn't give a rat's behind about you or your seniority, as long as it doesn't cost them money.
 
The East doesn't need that, they have reason and the law on their side.  
 
I've been watching the meltdown since January 10th.  Pretty funny to watch.

Exactly right.  They don't want a DFR by all the current APA guys when the junior westies are jammed in front of them.  The company would also be found in violation of the MOU if they involve themselves.  It could get really expensive for them.

The company doesn't represent the APA guys and if this goes to arbitration the company has a seat at the table.
 
APA doesn't care what the internal order of our seniority list is.

What is a Usapian? Am I one? Is every east pilot one? You use that term in a derogatory fashion. It serves no good purpose. I've heard the term AAholian. You seem to be one.

 
I think the meltdown is on the East side. Now that AA knows what an Usapian is....

The Eagle FT IS a concern with some East pilots - 3rd listers. They've piped up repeatedly about what they believe should occur with these AA pilots. I'm certainly not going to learn the facts from you, that's for sure. I consider you one of the most biased sources on this subject here on the forum. Perhaps that's why I've never asked you for your "facts" ?

Exactly. The path of minimum liability is the course AAL and APA will take. Concerns over "fairness" of the Nicolau will go unnoticed. 😀

But... USAPA won! ? ? ! ? Because they have yet to produce a seniority list- any list. They won! Time is running a little short, though, to cash in on that big court victory. You know, the one where the judge said Usapa cannot participate in seniority integrations... Winners! Just like the pension, MDA, 3%, SnapBack, loa93... These east guys are THAT GOOD! Lol

Retiring on reserve isn't that bad for them, is it?
