I'm sure they're shitting in their pants.

You have made another implicit assumption...  That would take integrity.

USAPA has been promising and proclaiming victory for years.  Maybe we should be the one's making the video.

No one is stopping you.  Be creative.

Members of a committee are publicly revealing and opposing details of an ongoing negotiation (they think they are entitled to continue doing so for another 30 days), which by definition are interfering with negotiations.  At a very minimum their unprofessional interference and attempt to manipulate the parties has caused a delay in the process.   If members of the committee were not required to sign a non-disclosure agreement then APA and USAPA F-ed up and need to fix that post haste.

Their resignation should be accepted as effective immediately and they should consider themselves lucky if they are not excoriated for their unprofessional behavior.

Maybe USAPA should file another RICO lawsuit.

No.  Assuming there is not already a non-disclosure agreement in place (could two West pilots really be that stupid?), USAPA should just present all members of the merger committee a non-disclosure agreement for their immediate signature (as a condition to continue on the committee).

Dealing with whiners is easy.

It's going to be interesting to see who our new union appoints to our merger committee after Usapa gets taken out back behind the woodshed

You and your buddy claxon should keep your obsessions to yourselves.

We're really not interested.
You are the one that brought it up, tonight is date night for you and Chippy? Not that there is anything wrong with that.

That Chip on your shouder is going to haunt you the rest of your  life.

You are old enough to shave, right? Merely check your mirror then. Per "The above must clearly be sadly modified. Make that now two "only capable of sticking her tongue out, squeeling and chidlishly attempting to irritate." My apologies for underestimating the full extent of your mighty "army's" current forces. It seems a full three must be laughed at here. 😉
Did you miss your AA meeting today?

There's the big difference.  You are counting on the company to defend you and your positions.  How stupid is that?  They couldn't give a rat's behind about you or your seniority, as long as it doesn't cost them money.

The East doesn't need that, they have reason and the law on their side.

I've been watching the meltdown since January 10th.  Pretty funny to watch.
The east has the law on its side.  That's funny.  Is that the same law that determines contracts, agreements and binding arbitration?

All you brought was a bankrupt airline about to file chapter 7. Do we really have to go there? No, didn't think so.

Remember, since your dark days in 2005 it was the addition of one hub to your money losing network which has allowed the combined US Airways to prosper- one hub. It's on the west. Growing. Yes, the addition of that one hub has turned around your career- I think you owe the proper respect towards your gift bearers. Really, otherwise you sound so "eastholish".
Face it, they will forever be eastholish.

Oooo.....oooooo.....oooooo....PLEEEEEEZE!  Can we get a Prechil countdown clock for your big surprise?  I love to listen to it tick and then ring.

Sadly, nothing ever happens after that.
Things are happening right before your eyes and you are too stupid to see them.  Sorry for you.

Oh c'mon Phoenix, I thought we were done attacking each other after the Rico charges were dropped. It didn't look to me like they exposed USAPA's negotiating tactic. Everyone already knew it wasn't the Nic 🙂

Unfortunately, that's how this group operates.  It can be laid out clear as day as to what the correct thing to do is and our illustrious leadership will spin itself on a dime and go in the other direction.

It how it was, is, and shall be.
