Wow, imagine... just how many place all around the world a four pilot crew can reach, even in one duty period.

The above article was published in NYC Aviaiton. Capn aux writes for that magazine in the above quotes where he was quoted about his quotes about himself.Claxon said:eric auxier is an america west pilot hired in 1999. he feels entitled, I feel he has mental problems. The company should take note.
"In 2005, a financially solvent America West Airlines bought US Airways"
"The America West pilots felt that because their airline rescued US Airways, the “West” pilots should at least get a fair blending in the seniority list with the “East” pilots."
"When asked about his thoughts on the new merger, and the possibility of new union representation by the Allied Pilots Association (APA), which is the current pilot’s union at American Airlines, US Airways Captain Eric Auxier had this to say: “I fully expect APA to do the honorable thing and abide by whatever arbitrated agreement emerges, contrary to USAPA, which was created for the purpose of reneging on its legally binding obligation to honor the USAir seniority list. For this very reason, USAPA was found guilty of DFR (Duty of Fair Representation) by unanimous jury verdict.”
"Regarding which list the New American Airlines should use, Auxier says: “that list and present their own list to their advantage and our disadvantage.” There is one legal seniority list, the two pilot groups hammered it out, the arbitrator presented it, the pilot groups accepted it, they presented it to the company, the company accepted it, so that’s the list that we hold to and USAPA is fighting to steal"

Airline Capt by day-writer by night-kid by choice.

Careful, Cap'n Aux and Snappy are very, very close buds.EastUS1 said:Ummm..."-kid by choice."...? Methinks not, just "kid" by way of personal limitations and clearly arrested developmental issues. No matter "cap'n aux". Just cue up the "heroic" music, and show us another spine-tingling, instrument panel view. 😉 Claxon?...Content yourself that we're getting off easy here. Just imagine if that kid drove UPS trucks or Yellow Cabs....We'd now be besieged by "heroic" videos of brake pedals, speedometers, Stop Signs and the like, maybe even gas gauges!...Things beyond mere mortals/etc...With perhaps even "Ride of the Valkyries" as musical background. Proper apologies, if due to any, but I simpy can't even begin to take these "spartans" even the least bit seriously anymore. 🙂

Over the past three weeks, you have seen ridiculous accusation after accusation thrown at us by the CLT and PHL reps.
We have been unjustly accused of taking bribes, holding secret meetings, paying off lawyers and even mistreating our dogs.
There have been allegations, assertions, innuendos and whisper campaigns directed against us - without one shred of evidence ever being presented because none of it is true.
Our Team took office on April 18, 2012. Before the polls close tomorrow and you cast your vote, ask yourself one simple question:
Regards,
- Are you and your family better off today?

There is a reason representative agents are certified by the NMB. The company's choice to negotiate with anyone they choose seems to be absent from the law.Bill Brasky said:I just wonder how liable the company will be if ANY west class pilot feels that they don't get a good deal AFTER the company has allowed some arbitrarily selected members to represent them at the SLI meetings. Seems like they are setting themselves up for a real big law suit by not allowing the legally elected and recognized collective bargaining agent complete the deal.
The company is setting this thing up to stretch out forever, and also setting themselves up for some HUGE lawsuits by interjecting themselves into this. AOL will finally have a real lawsuit to file that may actually win them some moolah.
