"He'll likely resurface with some one-liner insults he fantasizes seem "tough" in time..."

Again, how do you recover from your benders so quickly?

"Then, amazingly enough, attempt to continue with the "east" pilot persona, in which so much pathetic effort's already been wasted."

"dca": "what they've gotten all these years.  We in the east..."

"You'se" actually have my honest sympathy. Good luck with your life.

Lots of movement direct to the left seat of the 767 from various right seats.

Making up for it every day we maintain separate ops.
Arbitration might be a good thing for the east.

Waiting for the inevitable day when the west pilots start to move in and the east pilot works every Christmas and weekend for the rest of their careers.  Congrats.

No, you're just an idiot.  This is pretty back and white:

US Airways requests that the Court modify its January 10, 2014

Order (Doc. No. 298) to remove Footnote 15 so that the Order cannot be construed to prohibit the Allied Pilots Association (“APA”) – after it has been certified as the single collective bargaining representative for all of the US Airways/American pilots – from creating and delegating authority to separate merger committees to represent the disparate seniority interests of the pre-merger US Airways and pre-merger American pilots.

Yes its black and white.. that you are implicitly assuming the APA will grant the West Class an MB seat out of the goodness of their heart, even though Judge Silver prohibited an MB seat, as a matter of MB law, the result of a protected trial.   And added to that the company was careful to assure the Judge that their request did not change anything essential to her prohibition of a West seat.  And the company requested she reiterated the same thing she rewrote in the DJ.. binding on the West Class.

Ferggie and Koontz need another donation. 😀  (actually I sorta feel sorry for Koontz, he is like the Barney Rubble of Bedrock, being drug around by Fred).

No, she never prohibited that.  The only thing she was very explicit about was that USAPA is no longer involved with the SLI once APA comes on property.  The APA will go with a west seat at SLI and its obvious by how quickly we've gotten a protocol agreement.

Naturally. What "east" pilot wouldn't be wishing for that?

Arbitration is not 'good' for anyone.
This'll be all over soon, a negotiated agreement will be done.
Notice I didn't say any particular group will be 'happy', but it'll be done.

So, you wanted that to start back in 2007. We get it. Everybody gets that you want your windfall and you want it yesterday! Didn't happen, and although I don't know if will happen in the future or not, it won't be anytime soon. I seriously doubt any of you will be participating in the June east bid. But hey, you are getting 15 upgrades on your bid, so good for you!

I don't wish for that, but can live with it if it happens. Most prefer an agreement.
