You both despise and envy pilots, and carry a lifetime chip on your shoulder from screwing up the very existence of your job over two decades ago, and obviously, (however strangely) feel some perverse need for attention to this day? Oh well. Have fun with what must truly be a sorry and miserable existence, versus any semblance of a Life then.

You're going to need to clarify what you're getting at. After USAPA ceases to exist in this entire universe, all prior court cases involving such evaporate. New "process" you voted for will be executed as per the MOU...just without USAPA. DFR is DFR right. What difference will it make...unless your version of "DFR" was a bit skewed eastward and you don't want to lose the advantage. Too late. It's gone. Forever.

Why do West pilots always assume they increase their aura by naming themselves after the likes of legendary comic book characters and stuffed animals?

Not sure, but its seems to work for them.  They've stopped us at every turn and we haven't come close to our goal of DOH.  Heck, we couldn't even get out list passed to the company.  
 
Taking their lead, I've named our east group of future litigants "Persians" and our group the Army of Xerxes.  We might have a chance then.
