You're going to need to clarify what you're getting at. After USAPA ceases to exist in this entire universe, all prior court cases involving such evaporate. New "process" you voted for will be executed as per the MOU...just without USAPA. DFR is DFR right. What difference will it make...unless your version of "DFR" was a bit skewed eastward and you don't want to lose the advantage. Too late. It's gone. Forever.

Never mind.  You are busy donating to DreamWorks.

Oh! I hadn't realized "you'se" were now a supposed Fencer, in addition to mighty "spartan"/whatever. Excellent!. A thousand dollars a touch/point. Ten to fifteen point bout,"you'se" choice, and "you'se" can name foil, sabre or epee..? How tough could it be to soundly defeat an old man, after all?..Or are "you'se" just a complete joke at all things in life, even outside of even being any semblance of supposed "pilot"? 😉
Broadsword?

As if that'd make even the slightest difference....but "you'se" couldn't possibly understand even that much. 😉

I've no choice at this point but to stick with: "You'se", regardless of any/all typically delerious, "spartan" Fantasyland notions, are actually no one I'd so much as see fit to wipe dog crap off my shoe soles on,..."

Stay with the village-idiot/internet-"tough guy" nonsense kid. It's clearly all "you'se" have to offer.

Wiser choice, Significant differences in balance, distancing and target stroke/hit, but the same principles apply though. 😉 The broadsword? = Not-so-much...did some coaching for local theater productions with those.

It truly is. Dreaming about DOH got us through almost a decade of LOA 93.
Locked in PHX dreaming of the NIC with all that stagnation watching new hires go in the right seat of a wide body, priceless.

Knock out about 5 sentences and get back to me Persian #1.

Why bother? No amount of sentences and/or delay could ever offer "you'se" any other option than to continue being just a complete waste of everyone's time.

You've become aggressive Persian. Did you crack into your hooch?

Hey Kiwi, wait till the FORMER east third listers angle their 76 positions over you. The new hires on the 76!

Claxon, you let me down brother... Do you know how to read a permanent bid award?? 🙂 You are talking about 3rd listers on the 767 asserting their awarded positions... while true, you completely left out the FORMER "3rd listers" that were awarded the A330... I'm confident you can modify your position to include the 3rd listers on the A-330...

Anyway, the junior A330 FO now has a hire date of 2/13/2012. That means that pilot is being paid on the 3 year pay scale. So that pilot that has been on this property just barely over 2 years is being paid $128.72/hr. (That's more that a group II Captain on LOA 93...) Anyway...The senior, top of scale West FO on the A320 (which means over 12 years of service), is only being paid $123.14/hr... I'm wondering what they think about that... Do you think that would mean anything in an arbitration??

Attrition has it's benefits I suppose... And we have a lot more upcoming attrition on the East... 🙂

Just posting facts...

Do you think there's an arbitrator alive who doesn't know USAPA was created to avoid Nicolau's arbitration?

Yep. You've "won" your own destruction and complete irrelevance right before an arbitrated SLI. Look up "Pyrric" in the dictionary. Judge Silver sent you a very clear message that everyone else has received loud and clear, except your poor "most senior" group.
The lessons are starting to come hard and fast. Buckle up.
Delusional. I just look at those new hires becoming captains and wide body f/o s and laugh at you. You, are totally hosed. Those are the hard and fast lessons.

Be sure to get my fo's up to speed before I get there next year. Thank you.

Evidently their is no one alive that can point to an agreement that requires anyone to use the Nic Award.
