I'm sure they will, with the company lawyer in tow.  Judge Silver shortened the integration process by YEARS, exactly what the company doesn't want.  Their entire MO has been to keep everyone fighting to keep the cash rolling in.
 
What did she mean about USAPA not representing the East and West pilots throughout the SLI process?  Either she doesn't get it or I don't.  I thought that the MOU (which is now the MTA) specifically required the merger committee to remain as the representatives of USAPA throughout the SLI process.

The Ninth Circuit decided this years ago. There is supporting law from both the Supreme Court and various federal circuit appeals courts. It's amazing it took her this long to rule but it was the only way to rule without certain over turning.

Judge Silver knew she had no basis to hear the case but tried to "sugar coat" her ruling by chastising USAPA, Syzmanski and Hummel.  Her ruling was against AOL and no matter how "close" USAPA came to DFR she knew better but just had to speak her hate for the "big, bad, old union".  I wish I were a "fly on the wall" when Ferguson, Koontz, Simmons, Velez, Holmes, Schereff and the rest of AOL read the ruling.  They'll definitely need Viagra now!

3 lists? No. And I personally hope we get separated from the West for 3-5 more years and re capture the upgrades. They prolonged this with the disparate pay.
