No they won't, there will be 2 or 3.

You better get on board one that says Category and Status on the stern.

WTF would you bring up Reno Air as a comparison to the present situation?

Is it a late night vaginal irritational? Some cramping that makes you feel vulnerable and alone?  If you think that situation applies to the present day, you are a complete certifiable idiot.

Really, a complete JO.

Reno was a POS creation with every pilot hired after AA's 92-92 furloughees. AA started some cute deal where they pulled out of routes and the Next day, Reno was starting service with a code share or marketing agreement. AA put 800 pilots on the street and expanded the Reno deal.

Paying attention?

Then AA decided to buy that low ball carrier and tried to run it as a code share, which they would have done indefinately had APA stopped it.

AA now had to integrate the lists. Let's see, every Reno pilot working for half the AA pay and junior to every newly recalled furloughee. Relative position? Not really. They got what they deserved and are better off financially for it.

Now excuse yourself from the debate Claxon, Midol boy.

You'll have to excuse Claxon...he is USAPA's "Village Idiot".

The senators from Missouri do not share your charitable views of your, problems. Problems your employer willingly purchased. Willingly. And they should have been cognizant of the perils wrapped in those purchases. Exactly like Bank of America willingly purchasing Countrywide Mortgage. And all those bad loans.
The USAirways pilots are not in those same positions as TWA and Reno. And contrary to your beliefs, USAPA will legally represent them as their certified and elected position all the way through. Your attempt to strong arm them and fold them into APA prior does not stop them from availing provisions legally provided as a result of your labor groups trampling those of TWA- especially the flt attendants. Those provisions are clearly delineated in a bill, McCaskill-Bond. Would you like a link to it?I think you are likely aware of it.
Your childish comments and references to feminine issues and pharmacological remedy for menstrual flows, their associated symptoms, merely show your ignorance, not mine.
I highly suggest you read the 9th Court of Appeals decision with regard to Addington 1 and their clear discussion of the case, AND their DECISION before you go any farther.
Your labor association better get familiar with that decision, and their CLEAR and CONCISE discourse of USAPAs ZERO obligation to Nicolau,or you will merely be plowing the same rocky legal ground the west has since 2007. So far, the APA has got it entirely incorrect, and one more suggestion: read about BILL WILDER, and the RLA Blog before you call me an idiot ever again. That is who you are up against. He will be there every step of the way. The Best. Ask Mart Harper.

Show us where the Honorable Judge Silver ordered it.
What happened at the USAirways meeting where they attempted to create a west class?
And where are the "west" merger committee members?

One more thing Mach85 ER, the very fact your association even brings up Nicolau reveals how far behind the legal power curve they are. And that is perfectly fine and good.
Do yourself a favor and read the 9 th before you call me an idiot.
Let's see how smart you really are.

I'm not liking the talk coming out of some of our nuts on this board.  Any attempt to try and court the west into allying with the east will be remembered by AOX and you, Claxon, along with round-boy are now on our list.

We're watching you.

They're coming.  The PHL reps see it happening.

Nice, let us see what you've got JJ

Interesting email sent out by our PHL reps.  Those of you saying that this will never see arbitration are the idiots I said you were.  Even our elected morons can see where this is going.  DOH has been dead and arbitration for the SLI.

While there is no doubt that both USAPA and the APA would both like to believe we can settle it without arbitration, and this would clearly be the preferred choice; history does not give credence to this solution. As such, we must and are prepared for this likely eventuality.

Subtle way of saying no DOH on the table:

This team is absolutely committed to a fair and equitable outcome for all pilots; East, West, and APA.They also understand that recent history has shown that when a pilot group attempts a land grab, they get hammered, as the arbitration process has evolved into a system where this behavior is no longer accepted nor tolerated.

JJ- they know the APA doesn't want to go there. Let's hope the APA goes there. I want to see what happens when even you get a shot at their big stuff. That is after the east new hires go first with that fantastic career expectation and position.
