............The next area of interest are the ongoing rumors over a separate “west seat” at the SLI table. As you all know, we have already won this issue concerning the requirements of the McCaskill-Bond Amendment and are not in any way required to provide a separate seat to any subgroup of the pilots USAPA represents during the McCaskill-Bond process. This issue of dividing representation of our pilot group in the SLI process is not one that any East BPR member would voluntarily concede due to any threats or intimidation from any group of pilots, the APA, or the Company. The Addington plaintiffs have conclusively lost the legal issue over whether they can compel any bargaining representative to permit them to separately participate in the Section 3 and 13 process. If the APA were to try to create a separate committee once APA becomes the sole bargaining agent, it would serve to divide our pilot group in the SLI process and its actions and would be subject to challenge. From a practical perspective such an action would be an insult to the years of time, effort, and expense previously incurred by this organization as well as bring the APA's motives into serious question. This of course would be precisely in line with the previous methodology adopted by US Airways Management which serves their greater purpose of ensuring dysfunction between employee groups.

I've come to realize that the vast majority of supposed "spartans" are in fact, obvious idiots, (witness just this evenings merry exchanges) which both explains their ready ease to believe whatever Fantasyland/their "army" dictates, and otherwise, well, simply be completely oblivious to ANY aspect of reality.
 
Case in point, Prechillill: "I'm sure the APA will be fair to us all."...SERIOUSLY? One just could NOT even begin to believe such hopelessly naive, or simply entirely unaware, nonsensical fantasies,...well...save that such come from "spartans", and no/zip/ZERO intelligence testing was ever done by AWA, true fact, and we see the sorry results to this day. How else could ANYone hire "you'se" speakers, versus people capable of actually speaking english, just for starters ?

After dealing with ucrapa all this time anyone would believe APA would be more fair.  Those that don't believe that would still rather take their chances with APA.  Watching the easthole "union" die will be one of life's greatest pleasures.

Funds to be deposited and held by a mutally agreed to third party, since I'd not trust such as "you'se" self to be good for anything in life. Pathetic attempts at immediately trolling for un-needed personal information beforehand merely prove "you'se" a typical, smarmy "spartan", as in the types that laugh at obtaining social security numbers/etc. What's most notable there's that "you'se" evidenced not even the slightest degree of interest in the where/what/when/how part, why is that?. and methinks you're just a disgusting little lying ferret that seeks information without cost. it'll cost "you'se" punk. 😉 PM for starters, I'd love the pleasure of both kicking "you'se" pathetic ass and taking some thousands from you in the process. I reasonably suspect that "you'se" are all talk here, and are merely seeking to advance some smarmy agenda. Prove me wrong in that...Please! This wll be, if ever, done without "you'se" and i ever meeting, nor talking before the wagered time and place necessitates personally meeting. My honest guess is that "you'se" are just some "spartan" azzwipe that wants a phone number/whatever to try and cause trouble with, and have not the slightest intention to go through with this.
