That's weird. I was at APA HQ yesterday. And I was at the joint APA/USAPA DCA domicile meeting tonight. Funny thing is I didn't see you there.

Try driving in the eastern panhandle of WV in places like Martinsburg, Charlestown, and Shepherdstown where the county cops latest trick is to stop drivers who touch the fog line (which is many cases is worn to invisibility) and use that for a reason to search your car. They also hide near traffic signals and stop people for running yellow (not red) lights...once again just a reason to search your car not to mention the revenue they get in the process. I have not gotten a ticket since 1966 but since I have to drive in those areas I'm sure it will happen.

USAPA can file whatever lawsuit they want, it's a complete waste of money. There won't be anything recognized by the courts as "USAPA" after the NMB. Silver made it crystal clear that USAPA couldn't be trusted, nobody but you seems to disagree.

The APA would instantly become all-powerful, BUT, with fearful concern for west litigation threats (all such litigation having proved entirely laughable to date) will somehow, with tender and loving care, do their utmost to grant the nic gift, and all will be well in "sparta". Is that about right?...Seriously? Sigh! "You'se" people are simply insane...period.

Silver sAid the MB statute does not entitle the west to participate. Who is going to act out of accord with the statute, and not tie things up in court? It is not possible to enter arbitration except according to statute, or by mutual agreement of all parties.

You best be content building sand castles. Use starch or fiber in your water for best results.

I'll leave denying reality to all "you'se" mighty "spartans'/"knights"/"dire wolves" and even "Larry Potta" types out west, that've apparently lived "you'se" entire lives within the confines of Fantasyland. Some/any "Federal judge" can have all the opinions he or she wishes, as did Wake, none of which transcend or eviscerate established law.  What's your point here? That Silver's disjointed dicta magically obliterates MB law?...Seriously?

The APA, your new CBA replacing a former bargaining agent, has all the right in the World to agree to enter arbitration FOR YOU. They've already told you that's what they are going to do. It's REQUIRED by the MOU you ratified. There is no West. Just USAPA pilots and you're all going to arbitration whether you like it or not. You don't have to agree to anything if you CBA agrees for you.
