Westies pretending to be someone they are not is not new here.

The Westies tell us the whole industry hates USAPA, along with the test of the world, nay, the rest of the universe. A few of them pretend to be the objective outsider to lend credibility to their disdain at USAPA, but ironically their unprovoked obsession about USAPA proves they are not objective, as they claim.

They parade as an objective bystander with a bullhorn and have "oxymoron" stamped on their forehead. 😀

This is about getting away with the best SLI possible. Any pretense about civility, fear of lawsuits, or fairness are nothing more than distractions, deceptions, and decoys. It's just plain ugly under the hood. Don't look. 😀

But it was OK for NIC to place many West NB captains senior to East WB captains? 517 numbers didn't protect many of them.
 
We'll be slotted by equipment most likely if it goes to arbitration. That is my opinion. The problem now is getting it to arbitration. APA wants to decide, all by themselves, what is fair and equitable. That is troublesome to me and many others.

But you'll fight to the death to make sure the East gets to decide for the West what fair means? An arbitrator already did that you fking hypocrit. Is the irony and hypocrisy really that lost on you asssholes? How tone deaf can one be? Silver sure nailed that hypocritical trait didn't she?

It's going to arbitration, the West will be autonomous and get the full attention they deserve. If you didn't like the Nic 8 years ago, you're really not going to like what it looks like now.

Ok.. Look at the integration timeline.  When can we get a Joint Contract?  Can the USAPA shenanigans delay future pay increases, QOL, and profit sharing?

You know come to think of it I do not recall APA asking the NMB for arbitrators after there was no protocol agreement? I think USAPA did that to expedite the process! Just helping you out! So we don't screw up your pay increases, etc, etc, ! BTW read the dropdead date on the MOU 2018 seems to come to mind, You probably will see a seniority list close to that year!

I have little doubt that APA will be much more proficient than USAPA regarding successful negotiation of any future contracts. Then, USAPA never was about advancing anything other than east pilots at the expense of everyone else.

Nicolau protected the WB positions, not the individual pilots holding those positions.
 
If a pilot who could have held those positions bypassed and let junior East pilot have it then yes, the junior East pilot  was not protected (the guy who could have but didn't take the position was protected by staying at the top of the combined list).

NIC gave DOH to the EAST top 500 and the WEST, if the NIC had not been voted away in the MOU(part of a LOA) the junior EAST pilot was given by NIC miles away from any attrition to recapture a position he brought to that merger! Simple enough!
