The basis for such faith is the indisputable fact that USAPA has been a horrific failure to those they claimed to represent. I think losing over a billion dollars for your membership for a few hundred upgrades speaks for itself. Nic gave 2 out of 3 upgrades to the East. You demanded 3 out of 3. That decision cost dearly.
The APA isn't driven by pure uncut emotion and hatred like USAPA. That's obvious.

You spouting about words of emotion and hatred. That's rich. Maybe Nic4 and Rez J could join you for a trio.

We all miss UHaul... But when he left we were consoled by the arrival of DCA319 (an "objective "East pilot" obsessed with proving the Nic was reasonable.

We all miss DCA 319.... But when he left we were consoled with the arrival of AAviator (an "objective AA pilot" obsessed with proving the Nic is reasonable.

We all will miss AAviator... But when he leaves we will be consoled by the arrival of JustaGirlScout (an "objective Girl Scout" obsessed with proving the Nic is reasonable.

I see now. Because one is "bad", it unquestionably follows that the other must be "good"? Who could fail to see the "logic" in that?  FYI: The ignorant peasants in the Soviet Union first imagined, and many even greeted the werhmacht coming in as their "liberators"...just sayin'.... 😉

In other and much more honest words; they completely hosed-over a host of people, "fellow" pilots all, but were able to get away with it, so it "logically" follows they'll necessarily make sure to keep "you'se" perfectly comfortable, even while maneuvering to take all power unto themselves as quckly as possible, if once again, they can get away with it? I see. Thanks for the standard chuckles. 🙂

Well, from "spartan" history; I'd count on even said "objective Girl Scout" being a true "soldier" and part of some formidable "army" nonetheless, and if she just could come up with $675 for a tie, presumably through cookie sales, a true "patriot" as well. 😉 Disclaimer: Zero offense to any/all actual Girls Scouts meant at all.  Per self-styled "spartans"?....Not-so-much. 🙂

APA will owe everyone a DFR. That's a first. Understand that? I know the concept of Fair Representation is wholly inconceivable to you but none the less, it's a fact. Your fake sham union is about to go "poof" into history. I'm sure the stench will linger for some time however. 😉 😉 😉 😉 😉

Don't forget to thank ALPA. A real union for securing that money for you. It's infinately more than USAPA will have ever produced. You'd think by paying 150% MORE DUES  than the APA, USAPA would have something of substance to show for all their years of toil. Guess not. What a waste.

Well, only if they've time, when not too busy giving away pensions, without ANY membership vote, at 0200 or so in the middle of the night, and don't forget to tell the APA what a huge mistake it must've been for them to jettison ALPA as well, one must suppose...? DO make sure to let them all know how truly foolish they were to ever discard a "real union". 😉

How's that worked out for ya'?  How could "you'se" possibly have any problems with the current union, given that DFR issue being the same? I'm trying to be a bit gentle here, but whew!

I think alpa should be thanked for providing the following bullet proof addition to the nic seniority list award. To paraphrase, the nic award is useless without a combined cba between the west and the east.  alpa tried to take over the PHL lec and did not allow the CLT Lec to recall leaders to accommodate and push their bs.  Nice try alpa, thanks for the memories.
 
Oh by the way, please do not include army of lyingitas payments to your calculations.  Lets see 200 per month for seven years plus a 675 dollar tie.
 
The only reason you claim USAPA was a failure is because you did not get to cash in your nic lottery ticket.
