Documentation? If it wasn't nullified, why are we now flying each others former aircraft? Why did Judge Silver say "and there never will be" when speaking about something to compare the Nic to? Show your evidence, not just your anger.

Yeah, that's what your merger committee told ours.  It would be a foolish move to enter arbitration.  Yet they would not budge off of DOH.  So essentially they told us to accept DOH or suffer dire consequences when a third party decided for us.  I would rather be right where I am now than having endured DOH since 2007.  Under DOH I would be 800 numbers junior to eastholes who were on furlough when we acquired you.  In addition I have hope that this will work out in the end and I will be senior to jerks like you.

That follows naturally, since one must of course assume the entire universe was made for your personal benefit, ne'st pas? Can you provide then benchmark, financial performance  hurdles you seem to believe exist in your explanation of why there's no agreed to seniority list at LCC?

 
There are actually TWO "agreed to" seniority listS at LCC, both essentially DOH.  Try to get up to speed , OK.
