The Referendum Vote closed at 2 PM EDT today; no word yet on the results? No surprise here. When the USAPA BPR "wins" something, they post the results immediately. This one looks like it will take a few hours to develop the proper "spin" as to why this rejection (failure) was the expected result all along.

Constitutional Amendment Referendum Results

The Constitutional Amendment on the Dissolution of USAPA Referendum

FAILED

due to a lack of receiving a two thirds (2/3) majority of the eligible votes cast.



The USAPA Constitution and By-Laws, Article XIII, Sec. 2. B. states:

2. Amendments Initiated by the Board of Pilot Representatives

b. In order to amend the Constitution, the amendment shall be ratified by two thirds (2/3) majority of the votes cast by the membership provided that a majority of the total membership casts ballots in the referendum on such amendment(s).

The results of the vote are listed below first by total numbers and then by each base specifically.
